Once you have decided which package is best for your needs we will arrange to visit at a prearranged time to install your new system.
This will be completed by a qualified engineer who will train you in the use of your system once it is set up and ready to use. This will
include troubleshooting to help you solve minor problems such as how to reset your digibox after a power cut.
Your satellite dish will be located in a safe and secure place usually on an external wall positioned to gain the best signal strength.
The size of dish will be determined by your location and will depend on factors such as living in a valley or close to a mountainside.
Generally you should allow two or three hours for the installation to be done. This depends on the size of the dish and where it is to be
situated. It can take a little longer if for example you live in a block and only have permission to site equipment on the roof of your
building.
It is important that you have prior permission from your community president to fix satellite dishes to external walls as we cannot be
held responsible should this not be possible. If you live in a block where there are currently no existing dishes you should make
enquiries before arranging for us to install your TV system.
We will leave with you full working instructions and our contact telephone numbers plus email and website addresses should you have
any reason to contact us regarding your installation in the future. We offer a full after sales and repair service should you require this
